 we have a shipping time of 7 to 15 days from the date of the order placed!

  • Our shipping is made through multiple channels i.e multiple shipping companies depending on the availability of their serviceable pincodes.
  • Incase a pincode is non deliverable we will contact you for another location
 

Returns & Exchanges

Luk What I found adheres to the highest quality standards and takes great care in deliveries. All our products are Handmade by the finest team of artisans. All products are put through a stringent quality check before packaging.  In the rare instance you are not happy with your purchase, please note below the exchange policy.

Eligibility criteria for exchange

Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:

Please note that the products are handmade and may show certain texture differences.

We don’t provide refunds, only exchanges for damaged or defective items are applicable. Our products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please do take a photograph and make a video of the defect as soon as you open the packaging and send it back to us on info@lukwhatifound.com or whatsapp at +91 9319776555

  • Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, purchased via coupons are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Exchange process

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of delivery via any of the following channels:

  • For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image/video of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.

Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 5 to 7 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:

In case of quality issue/defect:

Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, and any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.

We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice

Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines of 15 days max

In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a full refund will be initiated to the account of the transaction.
